A Message From Professor Ken & Master Dee
"We want to contribute to our community by influencing our students with a positive art form. The Kajukenbo style enables students to prepare for real-life encounters. As a student, you will increase your confidence, gain discipline, respect, and self esteem. This sport will allow you to have focus and concentration for academics and life goals. We expect students to gain more coordination and flexibility, use this to release stress and gain a greater peace of mind. Discover a healthier you by becoming more active, build your endurance, increase your energy level, tone muscle, and control weight using Kajukenbo practice as a means for overall fitness."
